This Privacy Policy applies whenever you create an account with Gopher or sign into an account that already exists on Gopher. This Privacy Policy describes:

If you do not want Gopher to collect, store, use or share your information in the ways described in this Privacy Policy, you may not create an account with Gopher or sign into an account that already exists on Gopher.

Gopher is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not provide any information to Gopher.

What information we collect.

Gopher collects the following types of information:

How we collect it.

Gopher collects information directly from you when you create a Gopher account and before you pay for an order through Gopher.

Why we collect it.

Gopher uses the collected information to:

How you can access and update your information.

Gopher provides an option for users with a Gopher account to update their username, password, and phone number should they want to. This information will be easily accessible through Gopher.

How we protect your information.

Gopher protects your phone number and password by making it accessible to only you and Gopher. Passwords on Gopher are hashed using SHA-256, which makes the stored password unreadable without the unhashed password, allowing users to log into their accounts without requiring us to explicitly know their password. Usernames are public, and as such, users who do not wish to disclose personal information (e.g., first and last name, email) should not disclose this information in their usernames.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaints regarding our compliance with this Privacy Policy, you should first contact us. We will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Future Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary to reflect changes we make to satisfy legal requirements. We will post a prominent notice of material changes on our websites. We will provide you with other appropriate notice of important changes at least 30 days before the effective date.
